1) Before the pretreated water enters the membrane element, all dust, grease, metal debris, etc. shall be removed. If necessary, the water inlet pipeline and reverse osmosis pressure vessel shall be chemically cleaned to ensure that all foreign matters are effectively removed.
2) Verify the inlet water quality to ensure that it meets the system requirements.
3) Before the installation of membrane elements, the qualified water flow through the pretreatment system shall be allowed to flow through the membrane pressure shell for 30 minutes.
4) Remove the end plate and thrust ring of the pressure vessel. The end plate structures of different pressure vessel manufacturers may be different. The pressure vessel manufacturer can be consulted during disassembly.
5) Flush the opened pressure vessel with clean water to remove dust and sediment.
6) Before installing the membrane element, ensure that all parts and chemicals of the installation and operation system are complete, and the pretreatment system operates normally.
